Sell Your Preloved Guide

Unsure what you can sell through our shop? Hopefully this guide will help you decide. 

Clothing & Shoes:

• We accept good quality seasonal children's clothing & shoes and maternity clothing.
• We accept certain items all year round: swimwear, sunhats, swim nappies, cloth nappies, wellies, lightweight waterproofs.
• We no longer accept non waterproof winter coats.
• Children's clothing sizes newborn to 13years (11years+ sold ONLY online).
• Children's shoe size up to size 3 Junior.
• We accept up to 20 items of clothing per appointment. 
• All clothing items must be freshly laundered and ironed to be accepted.
• Seasonal clothing intake periods:
• September to February (Autumn/Winter)*
• March to August (Spring/Summer)*

* Intake may be stopped early or we may accept only certain items due to stock / demand levels.

Toys, Books & Accessories:

• We accept clean and working toys, books and accessories such as sunglasses and baby carriers all year round.
• Board games must be complete. We do not accept puzzles unless brand new.
• If you have larger items, please contact us prior to your appointment. 
• Limit of 40 items per appointment in this category.

Pricing & Seller Payment:

• All items are priced by Eco Bee and are sold in-store or on online.
• You, as the Seller, get 40% of the final selling price.
• Payment can be in cash (collect from the shop), bank transfer or store credit.
• You need to check with Eco Bee if your items have sold.
• Commission must be collected within 12 months of the last transaction on the Seller's account. Uncollected funds after this period will be retained by Eco Bee.

 

End of Season:

• Preloved clothing & shoes are entered into a half-price sale at the end of each season (in-store only).
• Unsold toys, books, shoes and accessories are donated to our designated charities after each season.
• We'll inform you of the charities we support each season via our social media channels and Newsletter. 
• Subscribe to our bi-weekly newsletter to receive news, offers and discounts that we run through the season.

All items are left entirely at the owner's risk and Eco Bee cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged.

Designer Brands: Blooming Marvellous, Isabella Oliver, Petit Bateau, Seraphine, Tiffany Rose. 

 

Brands we do NOT accept:

Supermarket Brands: Asda (George),Morrison's (Nutmeg), Sainsbury's (TU), Tesco (F&F).

High Street Brands: Dorothy Perkins, GAP, H&M, Matalan, New Look, NEXT, Primark.
